Nadukuru Sita Ramaiah has joined ESDS Software Solution as the Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining ESDS, he was associated with ZF India Pvt. Ltd.- India Technology Center.
Mr. Sita Ramaiah has a strong global presence and has worked for various startups as a strategic advisor and consulting CFO, bringing a unique combination of financial and commercial expertise to the table. With an experience of over two decades in various business domains, he has a strong ability to understand & identify key levers that are required to create business value.
With an hands-on experience and expertise over Strategic Decision Makings, Fund Raising, Working Capital Management, Cost Optimizing, Shared Services, Liaising, Negotiation & Global Leadership Quality Mr. Sita Ramaiah has also worked with Microchip India Pvt. Ltd. and Fiserv India Pvt. Ltd.
